It's that time again - Marvel's about to unveil it's spectacular summer crossover event, and it looks really good. No, seriously. The prequel to the murder-mystery ORIGINAL SIN arrives this week, and though Marvel likes to promise universal upheaval in every event, from what I've seen of the previews and storyline I think this time they definitely mean it. After all, who doesn't enjoy a good whodunnit? Add in the fact Captain America finds out about his mind being wiped by the Illuminati (oh no!), the Young Avengers return (hurray!),  and many more ~secrets are revealed~ and it all sounds quite exciting. I can't wait! But don't worry DC fans, you're not left out this week, because it's also the premiere of JUSTICE LEAGUE UNITED, by Animal Man writer and fan favourite Jeff Lemire and featuring a new Canadian team. 

Also in store this week: a special 100th issue celebration for GUARDIANS OF THE GALAXY, one of my favourite all ages comics returns in HEROBEAR AND THE KID: SAVING TIME, the 'First Contact' crossover continues in BATMAN SUPERMAN, and deadly assasin ELEKTRA gets her own new series!
